S9Game Terms and Conditions – Rules & User Agreement for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to s9game. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and s9game, governing your access to and use of the s9game platform including all sports betting, casino games, promotional offers, account management features and any other services available through this website.

By registering an account at s9game, logging in, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use any part of the s9game platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use s9game you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. s9game does not permit persons under 18 to register, deposit funds or participate in any real-money gaming activity. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order placed through s9game's Responsible Gaming tools.

s9game may request identity verification documents at any point, including before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable verification documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification when requested will result in withdrawal requests being held until the matter is resolved.

s9game takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe an account is being used by or on behalf of a person under 18, we will suspend the account immediately, freeze any balances and conduct a full review. Any winnings generated during this period will be forfeited.

3. Your s9game Account

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only at s9game. Operating multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, s9game reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all outstanding bets and forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s9game login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. s9game will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

All account information provided to s9game must be accurate, current and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and the details of any payment method you register. If any of your details change, you are required to update them through your account settings or by contacting support.

Your s9game account is for personal use only. You may not transfer funds from your account to another player's account, sell your account, or allow any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf. Any such activity is grounds for immediate account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at s9game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. s9game does not accept cash deposits or third-party payments.

The minimum deposit at s9game is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. In rare instances where a deposit does not credit within 15 minutes, contact the support team with your transaction reference number.

The minimum withdrawal amount at s9game is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day may apply and are specified within your account dashboard.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your s9game account, or to a method verified in your name.
• CNIC verification is required before processing your first withdrawal. This is a one-time requirement.
• s9game does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees.
• Withdrawals of funds derived from promotional bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• s9game reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been noted.

Any deposit made using a method or account not registered in your own name will be rejected and refunded. s9game cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details provided by the user.

5. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed at s9game are subject to these general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules that may apply to individual markets. By placing a bet at s9game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that market.

• Bet Acceptance: s9game reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from s9game and the bet appears in your open bets history.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet amount at s9game is Rs 100 for sports markets and Rs 50 for casino games and slots, unless otherwise stated on the specific market or game.
• Odds: Odds displayed at s9game are the odds at the time you place your bet. For pre-match bets, odds are locked at the time of placement. For live in-play bets, the odds accepted are those confirmed at the point of bet confirmation — there may be a brief processing period during which odds can change.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided if the event is abandoned, if it does not meet the minimum play requirements, or if it was placed in error due to a manifest pricing mistake. Voided bet stakes are returned to your s9game wallet.
• Postponed Events: If a match or event is postponed and not played within 48 hours of its original scheduled time, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided unless s9game specifically states otherwise for that competition.
• In-Play Betting: In-play or live bets are accepted subject to market availability. s9game does not guarantee the continuous availability of any in-play market. Markets may be suspended at any time, including during play, at the discretion of s9game's trading team.
• Obvious Errors: In the event of a manifest error in the odds or market offered by s9game — for example, where odds are posted at a clearly incorrect price — s9game reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has already settled.

6. Casino & Slots Rules

All casino and slot games available at s9game are provided by licensed third-party software providers. The outcome of every game is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited for fairness. s9game does not modify game outcomes.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is the verified long-term statistical payout for that game across millions of spins or hands. Individual session results will vary significantly from the stated RTP — the RTP is not a guarantee of what any individual player will receive in a given session.

• All casino game rules, including side bet rules and bonus feature rules, are governed by the software provider of each individual game. These rules are accessible from within each game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game at s9game, the game round will be completed according to the game's auto-resolution rules once connection is restored. Stakes already committed to a game round at the time of disconnection may be lost if the auto-resolution result is unfavourable.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new accounts on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus amount, eligible games and wagering requirements are specified on the promotions page at the time of claiming. Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household and device.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds at s9game are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement multiplier varies by promotion and is clearly stated in each offer's specific terms. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements at s9game may only be fulfilled through specified game types or markets. Bets placed on certain markets or games — particularly high-RTP slots or low-margin betting markets — may not count towards, or may contribute a reduced percentage towards, wagering requirements. • One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus can be held in your s9game account at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect your bonus eligibility for that deposit.
• Abuse: s9game reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using the bonus in a way that amounts to low-risk or arbitrage betting, or misrepresenting eligibility to claim a promotion.

8. Fraud & Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the s9game platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using false identity information to create or operate an s9game account.
• Registering more than one account to circumvent account limitations or claim multiple bonuses.

By registering at s9game, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. s9game will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Communication from s9game will only be sent through channels you have opted into during registration or account management.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Suspension & Closure

s9game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or manipulative activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Account inactivity — an account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. s9game will contact you before any dormancy fees are applied or the account is closed.
• Instruction from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms, any verified balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completing the relevant verification process.

You may also close your s9game account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any active bonus funds at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

12. Limitation of Liability

s9game provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements at all times. s9game will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous access.

s9game's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the net amount of real money deposited by you into your s9game account in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. s9game is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect losses or consequential losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform.

s9game is not responsible for losses caused by: internet connectivity failures outside of its control, your own actions in sharing account credentials, your failure to read and comply with these Terms, or events beyond s9game's reasonable control including technical failures of third-party payment providers.

13. Changes to These Terms

s9game may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, s9game will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect your rights or obligations as a player, s9game will also send a notification to your registered contact details where practicable.

Your continued use of s9game following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account closure.

All previous versions of these Terms are retained internally and may be referenced in the event of a dispute concerning events that took place under an earlier version.
